BOGARD-SELDON ROAD CORRIDOR (updated 11/16/24)

Public Comments Due: December 3rd, 2024

The MSB and Alaska DOT have drafted a Bogard-Seldon Corridor Access Management Plan (CAMP) and it is out for public review. To review the plan and submit your comments, please visit this MSB Web Page.  The plan outlines several important safety improvements along this corridor and proposes changing how driveways and streets connect into Bogard or Seldon Roads. Right now, the number of access points is creating dangerous traffic conflicts.

Please join us next Thursday, November 21st at the NLCC Membership Meeting to help us shape the feedback we will provide as your community council.

On a related note, the NLCC prepared a Bogard-Seldon Road Corridor Resolution last June and submitted it to the Borough and State. We are pleased to see some of our recommendations being acted upon.
